Life Care is a type of continuing care community that provides residents with financial and health care security. For an initial entrance fee investment and a monthly service fee, residents at Regency Oaks can enjoy active community living today, while at the same time, assure they will receive priority access to premium-quality healthcare services, whenever they may need it, provided by Sylvan Health Systems, located conveniently on campus.

What if I outlive my assets? With the ever-rising costs of health care and longer life expectancies experienced by people who are active, outliving one’s assets can be a legitimate concern. But imagine the confidence that comes with knowing that you will never be forced to leave your home.

The Residency Contract for each apartment at Regency Oaks, provides up to 360 days of basic room, board and care at no charge should a resident need to utilize skilled nursing at Sylvan Rehabilitation and Health Center or assisted living at Sylvan Terrace. Plus, our Life Care contract guarantees that regardless of changes that may lie ahead, including an unforeseen depletion of your savings or investments, you won’t be forced to leave your home at Regency Oaks.
